We felt so pampered!
So nice to hear from you! I just arrived back this morning, and the rest of the crew is still en route to Vancouver.
Our stay at MannaBay was definitely a highlight of our trip, along with our time on safari. We loved the unique and beautiful furnishings, delicious and tastefully presented food and also the feeling of "being home." The staff made us feel so welcome and we had a difficult time leaving after 3 nights with you. For the rest of the trip, we often commented to each other just how very much we enjoyed our stay - we felt so pampered!
I will definitely be passing on our experience with friends and encourage them to book their stay with you while in Cape Town.
I wish you all the best and do hope I can return with the rest of my family in the future.

Staff were first rate
I have just spent the last few minutes tring to think of any constructive critisim for you and I have drawn a complete blank. The Black and White Room was lovely and the bathroom beautiful. Honestly I cant come up with a thing!
All the staff were first rate and the food excellent. Your establishment set a very high benchmark which our next venue met while the remaining two scored less but probably because they didn't serve afternoon teas.

Best hotel in Cape Town
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you! I don’t think we could have found a better hotel! Yes, we will certainly recommend you if we have any friends travelling to Cape Town.

simply fabulous
We are now back in the UK after a most wonderful holiday. We would like to thank you for your arrangements which went without a hitch just perfect!
The MannaBay guesthouse in Cape Town was a most wonderful introduction to Africa. Richard and his staff, Simon, Shadrack and Enos could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The guesthouse itself was simply fabulous, our room, The Versailles Suite was simply superb. The views over Cape Town and back up to Table Mountain were stunning. We went up Table Mountain on our first afternoon, what an introduction!
We managed to visit Robben Island which was a very moving experience; we spent a day on the "hop on hop off" tour which gave us a good flavour of Cape Town, the District 6 museum again being a highly moving experience. Richard organised a trip for us to the Cape on the third day, which also included the Botanical Gardens.

What a lovely place
In Cape town I'm glad that we stayed at the MannaBay. What a lovely place,the rooms where very nice decorated. It was very relaxed and peaceful. We where very well taken care of by the lovely staff and they where helpful with tours to different places around Cape town.

Outstanding Service
I am very sadly about to pack my bags and head home down the road. But before I did so I just wanted to thank you very much for the amazing stay - it proved to be the much needed 'me' time that I needed to clear my head and work on some projects and revitalize and re-energise.
You truly have a most beautiful place. The tea was fantastic (the sweet jars just cruel though!), ambience and atmosphere heavenly, the rooms - well I could have just easily stayed in my room the whole time! and the service outstanding - Pierce, Simon and Jean Marie were unbelievable (a special mention to Pierce for looking after my guests and me so well!).
